SLEEP HEAVY

At least one quarter of your time should be spent recharging and repairing your body.  You will not see gains from fulfilling the other three pillars if you do not achieve adequate recovery.  Heavy sleep is not a burden or a waste of time – it should be a joy, and it is absolutely necessary. The Sleep Heavy section will also include injury prevention & recovery, soft tissue work, and muscle soreness management.
